Request for Space

The space request process is that by which current and future tenants of Ft. Sam Houston notify the Garrison of their changing spatial requirements. The Garrison reviews each request and works to place tenants in appropriate, available space.

The BTO and DPW Real Property Offices will coordinate your space request by verifying your growth authorization documents and matching them with space available on Fort Sam Houston. If we are unable to fill your requirements, we will poll the surrounding military installations for available space and the civic community for possible lease options.
