The Ft. Sam Houston (FSH) NAF HR Office provides HR services to US Army Public Health Command (PHC) Veterinary Services positions worldwide, US Army Fisher House employees stateside and Army Recreation Machine Program (ARMP) employees stationed in San Antonio, TX.

On Ft. Sam Houston, the only tenant organizations serviced are the PHC-San Antonio Veterinary Lab, the FSH Veterinary Treatment Facility, the FSH Fisher Houses and the ARMP.
