This branch provides advisory services to the Commanders, managers, supervisors and employees in the following areas and has authority to act on behalf of Commanders (including union negotiations)


  • Provide advice regarding conduct and discipline and performance management.
  • Interpretations of regulations, case law, union contracts, and other pertinent guidance to assist management with a disciplined and productive workforce.
  • Assists management in addressing misconduct and performance deficiencies of assigned employees.
