IT System Support Mission
Manage and deliver established Information Management services which include Automation, Helpdesk support, System Administration and Telecommunication to our customers. Execute and leverage the capabilities and efficiencies of Army Enterprise Management Tools to effectively monitor, manage, inventory and troubleshoot the Fort Sam Houston Installation Campus Area Network (ICAN). Deliver secure, reliable, network, automation services and capabilities to FSH organizations for their computing needs.
