Dear TRICARE Beneficiary: Due to circumstances beyond our control, the TRICARE Help E-mail Service (THEMS) is no longer operational effect 31 Dec 06. We know that your issues and concerns are important and we would like to share other means of seeking assistance to help you resolve your concerns/issues. There are many official TRICARE resources via E-mail services and toll free numbers where beneficiaries can obtain TRICARE benefit information and assistance. We know how important your TRICARE inquiries are and encourage you to seek assistance via these many resources.

Beneficiary Counseling and Assistance Coordinators (BCACs) and Debt Collection Assistance Officers (DCAOs) are located at each military treatment facility and they can respond to you via phone, e-mail, and written correspondence.
