The Program Management branch is responsible for special programs and projects within the CPAC, such as: Base Re-alignment and Closure (BRAC), Joint Basing Initiatives and is the primary contact for benefits/entitlements (e.g. Permanent Change of Stations (PCS), real estate, retirement, insurance, and death benefits to survivors.)
